原料:

1/2杯生蜂蜜

2/3 杯生腰果酱(请选择100%纯腰果酱)

2茶匙无酒精香草精

1/4茶匙海盐

4杯有机膨化糙米

制作:

在大碗里混合生蜂蜜、腰果酱、香草精和盐。搅拌均匀后,加入膨化糙米,用木铲搅拌直至混合。

在一个23x23厘米的烤盘上铺上烘焙纸,然后将混合物倒入盘中。用木铲压平后把盘子放在冰箱里冷藏至少1小时,直到质地变硬,然后取出并切成条,建议最好放在冰箱里储存。

⭐️我的建议是请确保你的腰果酱是生的,我只用生腰果,我用破壁机(混合机)把生腰果、生蜂蜜和香草精混合,它们味道很像棉花糖。如果腰果酱是熟的,尝起来有坚果味,仍然很美味,只是没有像生腰果酱那样棉花糖的风味。

Growing up rice crispy treats were one of the first things I learned to make all by myself. And as an adult they were always a super fast treat I could whip up for a potluck. I have a fondness for them. But the original recipe is loaded with unhelpful ingredients for health and healing.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner I wanted to share this delicious recipe that kids love and is simple for parents to make. ? Well most kids, Nicholas isn’t into it. ?But he doesn’t like really sweet treats in general. He would rather have a muffin than a cookie any day. But everyone else loves these. ?

Medical Medium Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup raw honey

2/3 cup raw cashew butter (look for one that contains only cashews)

2 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

4 cups organic puffed brown rice cereal

Directions:

Combine raw honey, cashew butter, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. Stir well. Add the brown rice cereal and mix with a spatula until combined.

Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and pour mixture into the dish. Press down with the spatula to smooth everything out, then place the dish in the refrigerator. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until the bars have hardened, then remove and cut into bars. Best kept in the fridge.

⭐️my hot tip on these is to make sure your cashew butter is raw. I just use raw cashews and blend them with the honey and vanilla in the blender. They really taste like marshmallows this way. If the cashew butter is cooked they taste nutty. Still good but they don’t capture that marshmallow taste like the raw cashew butter.
