RELEASING EMOTIONAL TRAUMA FROM METALS

This is a powerful emotional processing meditation to assist with the physical aspect of removing toxic heavy metals. Some emotions and emotional experiences may have been trapped inside brain tissue that was saturated by metal toxic waste. As toxic heavy metals are exiting the brain, these trapped emotions are then released, creating sadness, the feeling of being lost, nostalgia, déjà vu, unrest, and mysterious emotional sensations and feelings. If someone has had difficult symptoms and conditions that have been caused by metals interfering with their life, then these old, trapped emotions inside the brain tissue can be more intense and need extra help to process as they exit. Metals can interfere with a person’s true self, not allowing them to express themselves to others or make decisions that move them forward in a satisfying manner. This can lead to hardship, conflict, and misunderstandings that create emotional wounds.

This meditation can help heal emotional wounds that occurred during these difficult times, helping process these emotional experiences as they leave the brain tissue.

Now let’s begin the meditation. Find yourself a safe, comfortable place to lie down. If you need to do this meditation while sitting up, that will work fine. Once you are in a relaxing position, close your eyes. Now take a deep breath in and release. On the count of three, take another deep breath. One, two, three: deep breath in and release.

Now envision your brain floating in front of you. You can see your brain looking at you as you are looking at your brain. Your brain has a gentle, glowing essence radiating off it. Can you see it? As you stare at your brain, you see a small, flickering, shiny metallic reflection. This is where a metal deposit is located. Another tiny metallic flickering light appears. This is another metal deposit. Do you see the flickering shiny reflections? Take a deep breath in and release.

We are going to get closer to your brain, so close that you can see the subtle patterns of the brain tissue on the outside. Can you see them? You are getting smaller and smaller and smaller. Your brain is staying the same size. Now you are going to slowly enter the inside of your brain and travel until you reach the center. Your brain is not completely dark inside. There is a soft, glowing light all around you. Are you in the center of your brain? Take a deep breath in and release.

“Tiny flickering lights appear in the distance. Do you see them? These tiny flickering lights are metal deposits that have been there for many years. Can you see this one metal deposit that’s leaving your brain? It’s the flickering light that is getting weaker and weaker. Do you see the metallic light diminish in the distance? There is an energy storm starting to brew. The energy storm is made of old, trapped emotions. Do you feel the emotions swirl all around you? Another flickering light is dying out in the distance.

Do you see it? It has now diminished. Yet the energy storm has grown stronger. Do you feel the emotion of the energy storm? You are now standing in the middle of your brain.

Picture yourself raising your arms and placing your hands in the energy storm to capture it. Now slowly cast out the energy storm from your brain.

Picture yourself starting to walk gently and slowly inside the middle of your brain. Stop. Look down. There is a tiny hole inside your brain tissue where the flickering metal once was. Watch that hole fill in with new, healthy brain tissue.

Do you see the hole disappearing?

A larger energy storm is starting. These are emotions that were trapped deep inside your brain tissue. Watch the emotions swirl around you. On the count of three, you are going to grab on to this energy storm and let it carry you out of your brain. One, two, three: grab on to the energy storm, picture yourself hugging the energy storm as hard as you can, and let it carry you out of your brain. You are now leaving your brain along with the emotional energy storm.

You have now exited your brain. Look at your brain from afar. Is it glowing brighter than it was before? It is stronger than it was before. Do you see it? Now on the count of three, take a deep breath. One, two, three: deep breath in and release. You can open your eyes. You have now completed the Releasing Emotional Trauma from Metals Meditation.

As we go through life, we don’t realize how tightly bound together metals and emotions really are. Emotional injuries can be stored deep down in pockets of metal waste, especially when toxic heavy metals cause disharmony, upheaval, and distress in our life, even to the point of changing your life’s direction. By doing this meditation, you have now opened new channels for healthy growth, stimulating your brain to override and release both toxic metals and toxic emotions. Feel free to repeat this meditation daily, every other day, or a couple of times a week, because each time it only becomes more powerful in its ability to release emotional trauma caused by metals.
