美味的三明治面包具有广泛用途。无论是为孩子、配偶做三明治,或周末为家人做牛油果吐司,或与美味的素汤一起食用,几乎所有人都需要可靠的面包配方,以下配方不含麸质、不含乳制品、不含酵母和玉米,且无任何不利于健康的成分。

无麸质三明治面包

原料:

3汤匙亚麻籽粉+ 0.5杯水

0.5杯不加糖的苹果酱

3汤匙枫糖浆

1.75杯水

3杯无麸质燕麦粉

0.75杯小米粉

1.5杯木薯淀粉(tapioca starch)

1.5汤匙发酵粉(baking powder)

制作:
将烤箱预热至180C,在面包盘上铺上烘焙纸。
将磨碎的亚麻籽粉和水混合在一起,静置5分钟直到变粘稠。将苹果酱、枫糖浆和水加入碗中搅拌直至均匀。

将燕麦粉、小米粉、木薯淀粉和发酵粉添加到上述成分中,搅拌直至均匀混合。静置15分钟,让面团膨胀。

将面团倒入面包盘中,请注意不要让面团中形成的任何气泡消失。烘烤50-60分钟,直到插入牙签拔出来牙签上是干净的为止。

将面包盘从烤箱中取出。取出烘焙好的三明治面包,去除烘焙纸,等待冷却,就可以切片并享用!

附录 - 苹果酱的制作:

原料:1-2个红皮苹果切碎、1-4个去核椰枣(可选)、一根西芹棒(可选)、1/4茶勺肉桂粉(可选)

制作:将上述原料放入食物搅拌机内混合至平滑的苹果酱质地。

 

Gluten-free Sandwich Bread A great sandwich bread is one of the most versatile recipes to have in your repertoire. Whether you’re making lunchbox sandwiches for your children, spouse, or yourself; making avocado toast for your family on weekends; or serving it alongside a bowl of delicious veggie soup, a reliable bread recipe that is gluten-free, dairy-free, yeast-free, & corn-free and made without any harmful ingredients is welcome in almost any kitchen.

Ingredients:3 tbsp ground flaxseeds + 1/2 cup water1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce3 tbsp maple syrup1 3/4 cups water3 cups gluten-free oat flour3/4 cup millet flour1 1/2 cups tapioca starch1 1/2 tbsp baking powder Directions:Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Mix together the ground flaxseeds and water. Set aside for 5 minutes, until thickened. Add to a medium-sized mixing bowl together with the applesauce, maple syrup, and water. Whisk until uniform.  Add the oat flour, millet flour, tapioca starch, and baking powder to the wet ingredients and stir until evenly mixed. Set aside for 15 minutes for the batter to expand.  Pour the batter into a loaf pan, being careful not to lose any of the air bubbles that have formed in the batter. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Remove from oven and carefully tip out of the loaf pan right away. Remove the parchment paper and place on a wire rack until it has completely cooled. Slice and serve!
