I went from 5% to 60% of my capacities in 20 months.
On the left image, I couldn’t walk. Wheelchair bound for 3 years. I couldn’t talk with someone. I didn’t see anyone for 6 months. I had to go back to my parents. They had to feed me. I was collapsing at dinner. I couldn’t be left alone. I couldn’t shower. Couldn’t read. Couldn’t go outside. Couldn’t handle any external stimulus.
Then I discovered @medicalmedium. I will always remember that this man gave me HOPE when nobody else did. I was ready to quit and then I saw him sharing all these stories. Stories of people healing from incurable diseases. His reach on Instagram is what saved me. I started messaging these people who healed, asking them for advice. « Are you sure that I can heal? » « Yes » they said.
That’s all I needed. From then on I radically changed my diet, started eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, juicing, resting a lot.
I learned so much. Made mistakes. And learned again.
The more I healed, the more I learned how to trust my instincts. I started meditating, eating primarily raw foods, fasting, trusting and listening to my body. Always. And the progress started to be huge.
Let people tell you what you’re doing isn’t going to work. Let it slide on you and let it go past you. Then continue moving forward. Your goal in mind. Always.
Thank you to everyone in this community who gave me a hand when nobody else did and never gave up on me. I learned from everyone of you. And I’m still learning every day. Thank you.
