Bring avocado into your life as a teacher of unconditional love,both toward yourself and toward others,and watch your capacity for compassion grow and flourish.

TIPS

For noticeable benefits,eat one avocado a day. For extreme benefits,eat two per day.

Along the way,from harvest to display,people handle the avocados that you eventually buy in the store,and with each person who handles it,an avocado takes on some of her or his energy. Before you cut into an avocado that you’ve purchased,hold it in your hands for 30 seconds. This will identify the avocado as yours and connect its cells with your individual energy being, soul, and DNA, making it the most nutritious it can be for your personal needs.
