? To all women suffering from endometriosis - there can be relief. ?
Four years ago I was diagnosed with endometriosis and since then I had two operations and two years of constant pain, a chronic UTI and extreme bloating. For a while I had to stop doing sports because the pain was too strong. Sometimes, the cramps hindered me from being able to move at all.
For the pain doctors suggested me to take antidepressant or pain medication, but that was not an option for me. I was told to take the birth control for over two years without any breaks so that I didn’t have my period. It felt wrong because your period is important to clean your reproductive system from any toxins.
A major part of having endometriosis is that despite the physical pain, it also affects the mental health. Through the disease it can be difficult to become pregnant in a natural way. This has put a lot of pressure on myself in the past. Today, I think that everything in life which is meant for you will come at the right time. I focus on healing my body and letting go off any pressure and expectations.
I am so thankful for the information @medicalmedium is sharing. Through it I was not only able to heal many of my chronic illnesses such as my thyroid disease, anxiety, panic attacks, gastritis and UTI, I am also able to heal my endometriosis. Since I have changed my diet according to @medicalmedium recommendations, I am almost completely pain free. Even when I have my period I feel fine. Also the bloating is gone.
It is so important to raise awareness for endometriosis because it affects more and more women. There are so many stories out there on how difficult it is to live with the disease. I am sharing my story to show others who suffer from endometriosis, that there are ways to become better. It is crucial to know the root cause of the illness and to support the body in its natural healing process. Healing is possible. ?❤️
