Neurological Symptoms Revealed
Today we are talking about neurological symptoms, how difficult they are and how they can hold us back physically and emotionally. These symptoms are confusing and perplexing, and make people question who they are. Over the years, they pushed people to the brink and to the edge of their insanity. And you can never underestimate the confusion, fear and distrust that neurological symptoms create. And only those who have experienced it know how it feels like, unless you know or be in their shoes, have some compassion, respect and kindness as you grab their hand, pull them up and help them find their way. These symptoms bring people to their knees and begging god for help.
How someone suffering from neurological symptoms feels: No one gets it, they think I’m fine because I look okay from the outside. But they don’t understand I just don’t have the stamina I once had, I get tired easily. But they don’t know that, I was in the grocery store the other day, as I was standing there and looking at everyone. I was wondering, does anyone feel like what I do. I was struggling, just waiting in line. I wondered if anyone of them was struggling as they are waiting in line, they all look so strong. There was one person having a hard time it seems. She was in her 80es, and I am only half of her age, but she is still carrying her own bag.
I have to visit my parents tomorrow, I know they love me. but they are tired of hearing me complain. “I could see it now, honey, see another doctor, get some help.”, “I have been to so many”. Some day, it s really bad, another days, are even worse. All my symptoms have blended into each other, its even hard for me to keep track of how I feel, I have been sick too long.
If you are someone who doubts what you just heard, please know that people who feels those symptoms struggles in a way that challenges every aspect of who they are, what they go through is very really. If we haven’t been there, we need to keep our hearts open and our minds open. And realize that there’re many people out there, without direction or instructions, that struggles day to day, moment to moment, hour to hour, minute to minute and prayer to prayer.
What was your first experience like? What it was like to get your first symptoms? Did it freak you out, did you panic? Many do. Did you run to the emergency room? Did you see your doctors the next time? Was it a panic attack? Did your chest get tight? Was it hard to breathe? Were your thoughts racing? Maybe your heart was jumping? Did you get dizzy? Was the room spinning? Did you feel like you are on a boat? Was there a sensation of tingles on your arms or the rest of your body? Or parts of you feel numb? Does your whole body feel weak? Were you tired on a level you never felt before? Does your body feel like gravity was holding you down? And you didn’t have the strength to fight back. The feeling of sand bags which hold your legs down. Did you experience lots of fatigue, with spots in your eyes? Did your vision get blurry? Did you have trouble thinking or putting thoughts together, or getting your words out? How much body pain did you feel, any? Were there spasms and vibrations throughout your body, did that happen to you? Did you have painful or burning skin, or body pain, neck and back or head pain. Were you nauseas all the time? And your tummy felt flipping with every stressful thought. How overwhelmed were you? How many doctors did you go to? How many specialists did you see, neurological doctors and had an array of tests: MRI, CAT scans, X-rays and PET scans. Did you get the answer you needed? Labels or name for your symptoms? Even if you get a label for your symptoms, are your symptoms still there? These symptoms are bad enough already for so many, and in most cases, even if they find something, your symptoms may not even be related to what they find. The hard part is no one understands what’s causing them. Especially in many cases, all the tests check out just fine or fine enough. Even if they are not fine and sth does show up, is there any answers for that? So many people go through this everyday and feel lost and there’s no true solution.
So what’s causing all those mysterious neurological symptoms and conditions. Our nerves play a huge role, the vagus nerve, phrenic nerves, sciatic nerves, pudendal nerves, trigeminal nerves, tibial nerves etc. We got a lot of nerves in our body. What do all these nerves get in common? They get inflamed. But wait, don’t get too excited with that word inflammation, because no one knows what causes inflammation. They got theories, but there are holes in them. Some theories get serious, even though they are just theories, but they become law, treated like god or bigger than god, or more important than god, or above god or the universe. But if the cause behind hundreds of conditions are all theories, not proven, that’s a red flag to start with. That’s why every medical scientific study gets flipped on the side and beaten, kicked and shut and run over by the train of a new scientific theory. And there’s another train coming over, runs the old one over again, destroys the old theory. No one is held accountable for so many wrong studies which mislead so many people. No one talks about it, all is forgiven. Who cares an old lady is a recipient of a new drug that was dangerous and recalled later and killed her. No one cares or who cares some guy get a hip replacement and then was recalled later and the parts went faulty and broken, they just busted. Because it was faulty on the assembly line, the scientific assembly line. When science gets a theory, we need to get on our knees and bow, we have all neurological symptoms hurting us, knees hurt, elbows hurt, pinkies hurt, neck stiff, tingles and numbness, still you better kneel and bow to science, it’s the law. I heard a lot on social media these days: “where is the scientific proof?”, “Where is the scientific study?”, “I think she is faking her symptoms. If she goes to a doctor, they would or could fix her.” ,”sick? no, science they have double blind studies, give her a placebo, that would fix her”. All these as if people with symptoms have never been to doctors or to multiple doctors or looked at scientific studies before, or looked for help for what science has to offer for their health problems. And those who suffer from neurological symptoms are misunderstood, and their symptoms are such a mystery that unless you have been there in their shoes before, you will not be able to understand. People will just be like: “where are your studies? Science should have fixed you, you should be better now. See a dToctor”. And this is extremely insulting to a person who has been there and done that, who is struggling to find the solution. Science tries to stuff theories after theories down our throat, and nearly choking us to death that defy all common sense. Here is a fun one, food science. Garlic is bad for you 30 years ago, garlic is good for you a couple years later. Then its bad for you again a couple of years later. Garlic is good for you again. Then a play comes, a lockdown and everyone is with masks on, garlic is bad for you again. even though they used garlic centuries ago in plagues to save lives. But science says, when science says, everybody gets to bow. The new study comes out, run over the last study and next study runs over the previous one. And the train runs over all the sick people and everybody.
I am prone to science but not walk around with the science blind fold on. You know why, because there’re a lot of sick people out there struggling and science hasn’t fixed them. I am not going to wear a blind fold pretending no one is sick and going through years of hardship from their health problems, nor pretend that I don’t see the pain or suffering out there. It’s real. Neurological symptoms are a mystery, most of the them, health professionals don’t even know it’s neurological. There are two ways to look at this, you can go by a label: lupus, Lyme, MS, RA, chronic fatigue, ALS, fibro, POTS, migraines, trigeminal neuralgia, or any other label. But science or research doesn’t know the cause of these labels. They are just a set to describe your symptoms.
A second way to look at this is you can go by all the symptoms you are dealing with. Maybe someone is describing your symptoms to others, that’s how your acknowledge what you are going through, and what your feeling, you may not even have a label yet, even if you get a label or name for your set of symptoms you are experiencing, you are still walking around with these symptoms: My tingles are on the side of my head, my ears are ringing. And my faces vibrating and my noses twitching, and my eyes keep spasming. And my tingles are on my figures. The symptoms are consuming, they take over your thoughts. They override even your labels. You might be someone just looking at your labels. Its all that matters. It’s just an identification to your struggles. You have been on a search for a diagnosis.
Lets start with symptoms first, many of you out there may have one symptoms or many of these symptoms, like tingles or pain, ringing in the ears and dizziness, or all these at once. In order to have any of these neurological symptoms, the nerves need to be inflamed. Remember don’t get too excited about the word inflammation, when you don’t know about the cause, so lets talk about the symptoms related to the vagus nerves.
For the last 3 decades, I have been connecting the symptoms to the vagus nerves, talk to a lot of doctors along the way about how the vagus nerves works and relates to the symptoms.
The vagus nerves runs from brain down to the neck to the chest to your stomach. The nerve sits at the tip of the stomach there. When the vagus nerve is inflamed, you can have a whole bunch of symptoms: tightness in the chest, you can feel it is hard to take a breath. It can feel like you have a weight on your chest, a tight shirt or even a bra could feel too restrictive, and trigger a panic attack. It can make you think about it 24/7 when it’s acting up. It gets worse when you walk or move quickly. They can be unpredictable, sometimes worse , to no so bad. Some people just get it a couple of times a month or after exercising or stressful events or an emotional challenges. Some people have tightness of chest all the time.
Now this is a difficult symptom: tightness of throat, or feeling pressure in the throat, sometimes it’s not easy to swallow. You feel strange sensations around your neck. Sometimes like your neck is going to snap. It bothers you to wear a neckless shirt or top, it feels restrictive, and your neck and head can feel really heavy, then we have vibrations and humming, it’s when you feel humming in your chest or feel vibration in your chest and this can expand into your shoulders and arms, you can feel your teeth chattering, or even your nose vibrating or rattling,
Lets’ talk about dizziness, you can feel you are on a boat, like rocking back and forth. It takes a balancing act to walk or even to stand, you can be sitting or standing, lying down and the room can be spinning, when you have your eyes open or closed. You can be trying to get from your bed to bathroom, and barely make it, or you are having difficulty to get to the kitchen. And then when you walk alone, you feel like you are going to fall forward or sideways or even drop down to the floor, even fall on your face. Or you can be someone who has straight out vertigo and you can turn your head and you are vomiting and throwing up.
Ticks and spasms are another annoying symptoms. Ticks and spasm on the chest, abdomen, could be on your shoulders, or arm or neck even face. The spasm can be slow or really fast, can get one on your eye, and your eye is spasming and flickering, and not stopping. Its important to make friends with your ticks and spasms, get along with them. Because they don’t cooperate, they do their own thing and you can’t tell them what to do. Stop that tick, stop that spasm, they do what they want and you just have to make friends with them.
Lets talk about overall weakness of the limbs. You feel like not only just one arm is heavy, but feel both arms are heavy, including your stomach area feels heavy too or lost its strength. And you don’t have that gusto in the center of your gut, you kind of feel weak, its all missing. The neck can feel weak too, it feels like it’s going to snap off or fall off or fall through the pillow as you lie down. When you lie there, you are wondering, is my neck going to snap? Then there’s a feeling of your lower back, lost all its strength and your legs feel like sandbags are holding them down, or too weak to hold you up. Or you can have all these at once.
Let’s talk about digestive problems, not the normal kind, the ones that are nerve related. These symptoms are even more perplexing. No one knows these digestive problems are neurological: tightness in the stomach, nausea, stomach churning, nervousness, anxiety inside the stomach, the feeling that the food is not even digesting at all, even though it is. You can feel the food moving through you and its bothering you, it may be digesting perfectly fine, but doesn’t feel like it, you feel it’s not moving at all and it’s stuck. It’s a variety of gastro-paresis. You can have jaw weakness too during chewing and after chewing.
Then there’s a feeling of having to run to the bath room a lot, when you don’t have to go, you are just sitting on toilet waiting, wondering, is there anything going to happen? but yet, you are not constipated. Every one of these symptoms are vagus nerve related.
Your vagus nerve runs down your neck, down your chest, touches tip of your gut, you can have tingles and numbness in your stomach, throat, chest, neck. When vagus nerve is inflamed, it’s responsible for a lot of symptoms and they aren’t fun.
Let’s talk about anxiety: another vagus nerve symptoms. It’s hard is to have anxiety on top of these symptoms. It’s that difficult. It’s a big part of vagus nerve being inflamed. You can have panic attacks, tightness of chest, stomach knots, you feel like stomach is flipping on its own. It can be really overwhelming, arms can go numb, anxiety can get really intense. But inflamed vagus nerve is not the only thing that can create anxiety.
Let’s talk about the phrenic nerves and all the different symptoms they create:
The phrenic nerves, they run from your brain down to your neck and down to each side of your chest on each side, and when these nerves are inflamed, you can have a whole bunch of symptoms: tingles and numbness on the shoulders, arms and fingers, your pinkies can hurt, or even feel numb. The thumbs they don’t function the way you want them to. Sometimes we call it trigger thumb. Tics spasms, your arms, your hands, weakness of one arm or the other, the sensation of not being able to feel your hands, as you are lying down. You are lying down, but you can’t feel your hands, or can’t feel your arms. Or the opposite, weird sensations in the hands while resting . Then there’s cramping in your upper back shoulders, like between the shoulder blades, pain, really serious pain, sharp pain. You can’t really touch it with anything, you can’t alleviate it. And then vibrations of buzzing and humming in your arms are all phrenic nerves
Let’s talk about the vestibular nerves. It’s in your ear, labyrinth of the ear, the nerve channel. When this nerve is inflamed, you can have tinnitus, which is ringing or buzzing in your ears. You can have any noise. I have heard people describe noise that no one has ever described before. And popping sounds of vibration, the ringing can go up or down, or change when you are hearing sounds. Or it can really get loud at the end of the day, at night when you are trying to sleep, that’s when it gets brutal.
Time to talk about trigeminal nerves, this nerve runs through your jaw and connects to your facial nerves on the side of your head, nerves on the back of your head, nerves in your mouth. When this nerve is inflamed, you can have jaw pain, pain in your teeth, and jaw clenching, jaw stiffness, burning gums, pain on the side of your head and throughout your face, electrical shocks in your head and face like real electrical shocks. It feels like someone is throwing wires at you and its like shocks, a crack or a pop. Some people feel like hearing explosion in their head. It feels like you get hit by a lightening bolt sometimes and it shocks you and knocks u on the ground. Or its mild, you just feel these little circuits and shocks in your head or just pains in your jaw, and everyday you are chewing and it hurts, outside your head it hurts, and you are getting migraines at the back of your neck with your jaw, and sometimes even running down at your arms. Trigeminal nerve related symptoms can be brutal and put people through hell and back.
Let’s talk about sciatic nerves, that can also cause a lot of painful symptoms. It runs from your lower back down your legs. When this nerve is inflamed, you can have pain in your feet. You can feel your foot hurts, but doctor says there’s nothing wrong with your foot, because it comes from your back, that’s why it’s so confusing. You can have a pinpoint pain, right on your shin, but pinpoint, or you can touch it, it’s right there, but it hurts so bad. And that pinpoint pain isn’t in your shin, it comes from your lower back. And you get pain in your knees, and the same thing happens. Pain in your thighs, running down your legs, running down your butt, running down your piriformis, glutial nerves, all those little nerves going into your butt and everywhere else, killing you. It comes from sciatica nerve, that’s the one that’s doing it at all. So your pain in your lower back down to your legs. You can have it both ways, pain in your back down to your lower legs and to your feet, or pain in your feet, and nothing in your back. It’s illusive and tricky. And then pain in all kinds of places. You can feel like burning, burning sensations, burning pain, burning on your lower back and legs, burning on your feet, the burning is really annoying, constant vibration on your legs and feet with burning or without burning, numbness on your toes, spasms and tics all through your legs, restless legs syndrome, the worst restless legs syndrome, the sciatic nerve can keep you up all night. Neuropathy, i.e pins and needles in your feet, in your legs, its really hard for a lot of people.
Let’s talk about the pudendal nerves, it’s bad when its inflamed. It runs from your lower spine to genital area. When this nerve is inflamed, there’s nothing like it. You can have pain in your lower abdomen, pain in your groin, you can feel like you need to urinate all the time. You can have severe vaginal pain. You can have twitching and spasms all around your bladder, pudendal nerve can make it feel like sth is itching, like tickling or itching in your genital area, and nothing can touch it or relieve it. You can push on it, pinch it and it keeps you up all night. It makes you run to the bathroom over and over again. That one is never fun for anyone.
Let’s talk about tibial nerve. It runs down your leg, when this nerve is inflamed, you can have buzzing, humming and vibrations in your leg, restless legs syndrome. You can have pain in your heels. Pain in the heels is annoying: you are walking along and your heels hurt. Doctors will think there’s a bone spur there, but they can’t find it, but your feet hurt, and that’s tibial nerve. It can even go down to the toes, you can even have pains in the ankles, pain in your thighs, burning sensations in your legs and feet. These tibial nerves symptoms can even make it difficult walking,
All these neurological symptoms are so difficult to live with, and when you describe to your doctor, even to your friends: tingles, vibrating, pain going down the legs, toes hurting, weird vibration, I got dizzy in the kitchen and look one way I almost fell over, my ears were popping and they make weird noise, my tongues are vibrating, my eyes are twitching, I can’t sleep all night along. Those who haven’t experienced it are not likely to understand. Neurological symptoms can add up really quick and really perplexing, you can’t keep track of them too easy. It’s not as you get the flu, that straightforward. But worst thing with neurological symptoms is that you can have UTI, sinus infection or other symptoms on top of the neurological symptoms.
Then there’s the labels, names given to the sets of symptoms. Which diagnosis you get really depends on the doctors, and how they are feeling on that day, and which specialties they are focusing on. All these symptoms can fit into many labels and dozens of more. which label (diagnosis) you get all depends on the mood of the doctor and their specialty. Its quite random. You can get fibro, lyme, MS, autoimmune, so many labels. You can see 20 doctors, all diagnosis can be different. All these neurological symptoms depend on where the inflammation lies. But what causes these inflammation, in order for the nerves to be inflamed, you have to have sth which inflames them. That’s where a lot of mistakes are made. And all are just guessing games. And that’s why people continue to live with their neurological symptoms throughout their lives. You have to know where and why the nerves are inflamed.
So what is the cause of all these mysterious neurological symptoms. The true cause of all these neurological symptoms is viruses and toxins. With toxic heavy metal being the main contributor, we also walk around with all the bugs with us. The viruses have an appetite and they feed off foods they like. When they do, they need to go to bathroom. They need to excrete, these are toxic waste matter and our nerves are highly sensitive to it. That’s where inflammation comes from. As soon as these toxins touch nerves, it starts to blow up and swell, and you start to feel it. You get tingles, numbness, twitching, spasms, burning skin. You just not feeling good, you got the fatigue, spasms on your back, spasms on your legs, you can’t think good, you get the brain fog, the dizziness, and the eye floaters. These neurotoxins short circuit the electrical impulses and neurotransmitters in the brain. When this happens, everything just go wacko. They also inflames the neurons in the brain tissue, causing mild to severe brain inflammation not yet understood by medical communities. Viruses love to eat toxic heavy metals, when they do, it makes their poop stronger. The neurotoxins are the bug poop. The bugs are releasing them now with toxic heavy metals in them, they are more allergenic to your nerves, so your symptoms can become more complicated, these neurotoxins can drive up histamine level too, tricked doctors and trigger inflammation test with your blood work, and landing you on a diverse diagnosis, which are just labels. The blood labs are just testing inflammation, not really finding the true cause behind it all.
EB virus is the main troublemaker and exists in everyone, shingles being the second one. HSV1/2 are being the 3rd and 4th with many other viruses. Neurotoxins secreted by these viruses will increase inflammation levels. The problem is inflammation test doesn’t tell you where the inflammation comes from and why. And doctors are doing the inflammation test don’t know what they are looking for, they will do the C reactive protein, they will do the ANA, they will do the MTHFR gene mutation test which isn’t really a gene mutation test, rather an inflammatory test. Don’t get too excited about the word inflammations, it’s not the answer.
Let’s talk about triggers, viruses need to be triggered. Eggs triggers viruses, viruses eat eggs. Dairy products, as you are eating them, viruses are eating the dairy products as well. They will trigger symptoms or later trigger them without you knowing. Gluten, no one knows why gluten causes problems in some people and not others. Because gluten feeds viruses, and viruses makes it more toxic. Bugs proliferate after having their food, and causes more inflammation and symptoms. Your body never turns against you, it always fights for you. Food is not causing the food directly. You have to have the bugs feeding on these food, then poop out toxins causing the problem. Your nerves are allergic to these toxins, it can happen for so many years until your nerves can’t take it anymore. It takes time before your get allergic to it. Some people eat eggs, dairy products, all kinds of junk food, they seem to be fine, its because at this stage of their life, the bugs are still quiet, or they don’t have the same bugs or not enough of them yet, they may seem to be able to get away with symptoms for a while, until they can’t. Continuing feeding the viruses, they will get symptoms down the road.
Mold is a trigger, it doesn’t create neurological symptoms. Instead it weakens immune system, so that virus can cause problems. Emotional triggers also lower immune system, that’s why people get symptoms after going through an emotional event.
The way out is to starve the bugs, but not starving ourselves. Bring in the food they don’t like but yet your body loves. This exchange is gentle and powerful. You bring in fruits, vegetables herbs and wild food to heal yourself.
Foods to remove:
1. Eggs : replace eggs with avocado, preferably steamed potatoes is an even better option, so that you can eliminate toxins. Potatoes are better option because it keeps your fat level lower and the blood thinner. If blood is thick, you can’t get toxins out ,
2. All dairy product: replace them with bananas which is so healing. Now many people are afraid of healing bananas, while taking in all the toxic food such as collagen, fish oil, apple cider vinegar, protein powder. You can replace dairy milk with oat milk.
3. Gluten: best gluten free grain is millet and gluten free oat, as they don’t feed the bugs. Millet is the best option if you are a grain person, it’s easy to digest and gentle on digestive system.
Another powerful tool is asparagus, it’s also a herb. You can steam it or eat it daily. It helps nourish nerves and it’s anti-viral.
Let’s talk about some herbs and leafy greens. some wild foods, anti viral supplements, herbal medicine.
Empty stomach Celery juice 500-1000ml is essential. Don’t add anything. It breaks down the membranes around the virus, thus a powerful antiviral food. You can start slow and work up.
Let’s talk about how to remove toxic heavy metal: cilantro. It’s a special tool. It’s antiviral and it removes toxic metals. Wild blueberries, it’s a powerhouse there. It survived harsh and the worst conditions you could ever imagine. It adapts to live. And when we eat it, it helps us to adapt to the viruses and toxins, that’s sth we need to survive on the planet. It has lasted so many centuries and survived the coldest temperatures and burned to the ground and made this far. When you have neurological symptoms, your body wants to live and beat it and heal, and it will. And wild blueberries helps us to do that. The heavy metals detox smoothies are saving so many lives around the globe.
Another tool is lemon balm and licorice, these are anti-viral herbs. You can do tincture or tea form. Make sure tincture form is alcohol free.
B12, in the form of adenosylcobalmin and methylcobalmin . B12 helps restore the nervous system. The right kind of B12 it matters. The detail matters.
5-MTHF: really supportive for the central nervous system. When it comes to restore the nerves, everything counts. When we get viruses, our liver gets stagnant and sluggish, filled with viral byproducts and viral casing and viral toxins, neurotoxins, dermatoxins, all kinds of viruses, even bacteria, the liver gets drained over time. The methyfolic is critical to restore the liver so that it can convert vitamins, minerals and nutrients to make them work better for you.
Magnesium Glycinate: critical for neurotransmitters, neurotransmitter chemicals need magnesium glycinate. It’s helpful for nerves spasm as well throughout the body when nerves gets all tied up, muscles and neurotoxins all attached to the nerves and the neurotoxins get between the nerves and the muscles. What’s really happening is that nerves are spasming, not muscle spasms.
Coconut water: that’s a great tool. electrolytes. You need to think about electrolytes when you nerves are down and out. Nerves need mineral salts, but not the plain ones. They need celery juice and coconut those kind. Viruses put a strain on our electrical impulses, our neurons, neurotransmitter, glial cells. and electrolytes are critical for that. neurotoxins drain our brain and short circuiting our electricity. Mineral salts are key weapons for healing.
Another tool is medical medium thyme tea or water. Its antiviral, we are up against viruses, thyme tea or thyme water is a great way to knock these viruses back.
When we get neurological symptoms, we often gain wisdom far exceeding our age. and at the same times, we learn more about our self more than anyone can ever imagine or experience unless they were challenged in a way that you have been.
For more information and how to heal, pls check out www.medicalmedium.com and Anthony William’s six books. In his latest book “Cleanse to Heal”, he listed out herbs and supplements required to heal neurological symptoms. Bear in mind that nerves will start to repair after the viral load is greatly reduced in the body and it takes time and patience to heal.
