The toxic sources of calcium actually causes the leaching of our good calcium. Milk and Dairy do not give us calcium that makes our bones stronger. Its false information. When we acidify our bodies with all that butter and dairy the body has to pull the good calcium from our bones. So we think we are getting all this good calcium from milk because thats what conventional medicine taught us growing up. But its not the truth and it actually creates more bone loss overtime. We get amazing amounts from all the healing sources listed above. If you are having lemons everyday, CJ, HMD, leafy greens, you are getting in soo much good calcium. And it will do more for us than milk ever could or will.

Vinegar is good to clean the sink and house with. Getting calcium deposits off the counters and in showers. But its not good for inside the body. It dissolves teeth and bones. Acetic acid from vinegar causes your body to dump calcium to balance the acid in your blood.

Caffeine also causes calcium loss. It’s used to buffer the acid in the bloodstream. It is slow, death by 1,000 cuts. Caffeine also revs up the adrenals. Adrenaline goes to the center of your teeth, to the center of your bones. Even if you are going through really tough emotional and life hardships that fill the body with adrenaline, that can also be bad for the teeth and bones.

If you’re born with bad teeth, that’s a mineral deficiency. That’s from your parents who had their own calcium reserves depleted.
