关于安东尼威廉,我最喜欢的是他不限于任何体系或框架。从一开始,他就说这一切与任何饮食信仰体系都无关。一切只是事实真相,任何信仰体系的人都可以实践这些信息。⠀

多年来,我一直遵循着我认为是非常健康的饮食方式,饮食主要包括水果和蔬菜,并且每天跑步3-5英里。⠀

但是尽管如此,我一直在继续增重,像气球一样膨胀,并且体内有液体滞留。?⠀水肿是一种令人非常沮丧的症状。我一直都感到浮肿和肿胀,让我感觉非常不适。

One of my favorite things about @medicalmediumis that he does not subscribe to labels.

From the beginning, he has said that it’s not about siding with any dietary belief system. It’s simply about the truth,& anyone who believes in anything can apply the information.

 

For years I followed what I thought was an extremely healthy diet,consisting largely of fruits & vegetables,& I ran 3-5 miles per day. All the while I continued to gain weight,puff up like a balloon,& retain fluid. Edema was such a frustrating symptom.

 

I felt so bloated,puffy,& swollen all of the time,which made me super uncomfortable in my body. I spent years going around in circles trying to figure out what I was missing,while I continued to swell up more & more. Ieven got to a point where I thought I was just stuck being puffy forever...I had lost hope that it was even possible to heal my edema.

 

When I finally found MM,I learned that my edema was caused by Epstein-Barr viral byproduct in my lymphatic system. I learned that my body was retaining fluid in attempt to dilute this toxic sludge...in order to protect me!

 

The whole time I had thought I was eating healthy,I was still consuming foods that were feeding the virus,such as soy,gluten,canola oil,& corn. These truths resonated so much with me that I knew I had found what I’d been missing.

 

Although I was already plant-based,MM specific tweaks are what healed my chronic illness symptoms.

 

From daily celery juice & the heavy metal detox smoothie,to specific herbs & supplements,lowering my fats,& eliminating the pathogen-feeding foods (many of which still fall into the category of plant-based/vegan)...

 

These steps that you won’t hear about anywhere else are the only thing that worked. In 6 months after making these changes,I reversed more than TEN chronic illnesses,dropped 30 pounds,& completely cleared up my edema!

 

2.5 years later & with minimal exercise,I continue to get healthier,leaner,& stronger & have not dealt with fluid retention AT ALL.
