我的疗愈进程:

 

图一是2017年的状况,如果某一天状态好一些,我会一直躺在祖父的躺椅上,否则就是一直卧床状态。

 

图二是2018的状况,如果某一天状态好一些,我会坐在轮椅上做个饭。

 

图三是2019的状况,我已经进行了第三次短途步行,先生握住我的手帮我保持平衡。

 

我过去有极其严重的慢性疲劳症到卧床不起的地步、体位性心动过速综合征(POTS)、震颤、肌阵挛、慢性恶心、呕吐、胃轻瘫、肠易激综合征、肌肉、神经和关节疼痛、严重的脑雾、失眠、多种化学过敏、桥本甲状腺炎等许多其他各种症状,以下是我在过去33个月坚持的努力,以让自己从以上症状中自然疗愈:

 

-500毫升柠檬水,然后等待15-20分钟,再喝500毫升到一升西芹汁

-全天一直补充有效水分,诸如大量柠檬水以及新鲜果汁2-3升/天

-重金属排毒果昔500毫升到1升

-每隔一个小时吃各种蔬菜和水果组合,这对于我的肾上腺恢复至关重要,否则人无法运作。

-吃低脂全植物性饮食,时不时会进行完全的生食。

 

我服用的补充品和草药:

 

B12、锌、甘草根、酯化维生素C和脂质体维生素C、L-赖氨酸、苏糖酸镁、褪黑素、猫爪草、金印草、柠檬香蜂草茶、覆盆子叶茶、荨麻茶,蒲公英茶、菊苣茶、洛神花茶和薄荷茶。

 

我移除了家中含有大量剧毒化学物的地毯以及家中各种化学居家清洁用品,装了去除氯和氟的饮用水和淋浴过滤系统。我致力于情感和能量的疗愈,这相当于是一份全职的工作,但我知道我值得拥有健康的生活。大家请不要放弃!每天向前迈进一步,你摆脱痛苦的这一天总会到来的,我在这里与你同在!?

I pretended to be @chloexhalle from the recent Grown-ish episode, by looking down at Sergey & I holding hands & saying, “in broad daylight”. ? Sergey said, “yea, bc no one is around” ?. He kinda has to hold my hand thou, to help me walk & stay balanced. A list of some of what I’ve been doing consistently for 33 months, to heal myself naturally from: severe chronic fatigue (#cfs)/ bedridden, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (#potssyndrome), tremors/#myoclonus, chronic nausea, vomiting, gastroparesis, IBS, muscle, nerve, & joint pain, severe brain fog, insomnia, multiple chemical sensitivities, Hashimoto, & many more symptoms???16 oz lemon or lime water (96-128 oz/day) I then wait 15-20 mins ?Fresh celery juice 16-32 oz???Hydrating throughout the day w/ diff fresh juices 64-72 oz/day?Heavy Metal Detox smoothie 16-32 oz?Snacking & sipping on liquids every 1 hour was & is crucial for me to feed my adrenals. I crash if I get hungry.?? Eat a low fat/high raw or fully raw at times, plant based diet.Some of the Supplements & Herbs I’ve taken:B12, Zinc, Licorice root, Ester C & Liposomal C, L-lysine, Neuro-Mag, melatonin, Cats Claw, Goldenseal, teas-lemon balm, raspberry leaf, nettle, dandelion chicory, hibiscus & peppermint..Took out the carpets & removed chemical cleaners in the house. Even organic products would trigger reactions. Got a drinking water & shower filtration system. I work on shifting & healing emotionally & energetically. It is a full time job, but I know I’m worth having a healthy life. Don’t give up guys! Keep taking it one day at a time. Your day will come when u are free from suffering.
