疗愈故事(29)- 间质性膀胱炎的故事 Healing Stories (28) Interstitial Cystitis

 

2019年1月,我在尿路感染后被诊断为“间质性膀胱炎”。医生什么都没有检查出来,但依然给我开了抗生素。用了一轮药之后没有任何改善,我又去看了泌尿科医生,做了一系列的检查。他说:“这无法疗愈,只能吃药缓解”。我带着情绪离开了医生办公室。我要永远带着病症活着吗?真的是这样?为什么会这样? 我觉得我吃得相当健康,而且每周锻炼6天。我还是不敢相信这一切。 这让我踏上了通过食物自然疗愈的旅程。我不喜欢被强行逼迫摄入药物(除非绝对必要),也不喜欢有人说:“这个可能有用,但也可能没用”。我花了无数的时间读了无数相关文章,进行了大量的搜索。在所有信息中,我偶然发现了安东尼威廉的信息。我开始喝西芹汁,读他所有的书,从那以后我开始了根据安东尼威廉信息的净化疗愈之旅。一切都如此简单真实。终于有人告诉你,你可以疗愈你的症状,并对这些症状为什么会发生有了真正的答案。 疗愈之旅并不总是线性上升的。事实上,从疗愈之旅开始后,似乎出现了更多的病症。但实际上这些病症已经存在一段时间了,但只是以前我将其视为正常。但我知道我正走在一条正确的道路上。关于安东尼威廉的信息肯定有反对和批评者,我也因为自2019年7月走上疗愈之旅以来发生的巨大变化而受到周围人的批评或嘲笑,但这没关系,因为我不指望人们会接受我的生活方式。自去年8月以来,我还没有吃过任何止痛药,也不再有间质性膀胱炎症状。我吃了大量的疗愈水果和蔬菜,很喜欢安东尼威廉书籍中的疗愈食谱。我对疗愈旅程充满了期待。谢谢你,安东尼,感恩你所做的一切!

注:间质性膀胱炎的原因是膀胱内长期链球菌感染造成的,造成膀胱内的伤疤组织,导致膀胱内的神经高度敏感,让人经历灼烧感或尿频等痛苦,因此安抚并疗愈引起问题的伤疤组织是关键。每天喝500毫升芦荟水以及柠檬香蜂草(vimergy是安东尼威廉推荐的柠檬香蜂草的牌子)对于修复很有帮助,同时请去除喂养病原体的食物很重要,并采取公众号菜单疗愈篇中的对抗病原体的净化疗愈法。

由于净化疗愈期间,体内毒素会通过尿路排出,等待排出的许多神经毒素的高毒性依然可能会对已经高度敏感的神经造成刺激,让人感觉不舒服。安东尼威廉在广播中提到过补充剂D-mannose(D-甘露糖,pure encapsulations是他推荐甘露糖的牌子,美国亚马逊有卖)可以与这些毒素结合,帮助减轻排毒期间尿路系统中等待排出的毒素对神经的刺激。

I was diagnosed January 2019 with a condition called “interstitial cystitis” after experiencing what I thought was a UTI. Upon going to the drs they didn’t see anything but still pushed an antibiotic. After finishing that round and no relief I went to go see a Urologist who did a series of tests. He gave me my diagnosis and only said, “ it’s incurable but can be managed with medication”. I left that Drs office with so many emotions. Was I going to live like this forever? Is this it? How/why is this happening? I thought I ate fairly healthy and I worked out 6 days a week. I still couldn’t believe it.

 

This sent me on a journey to heal myself naturally through foods. I am NOT ok with being shoved a medication (unless it’s absolutely necessary) and having someone say “this might work, but it might not”. I spent countless hours reading article after article. And google search after google search. Amongst all my reading, I stumbled upon a man named Anthony William, or better known as @medicalmedium. I started celery juice and reading all his books and since then I was HOOKED. It all seemed so simple and true. Finally someone out there that said you can HEAL your symptoms and had answers to why things were happening.

 

Healing hasn’t always been linear. In fact, I’ve had more symptoms pop up since starting my healing journey which is 100% normal. But in reality, these symptoms have been around for a while but I just chalked it up to being normal. But I know better now and I’m on a path that’s FEELS right. Anthony definitely has his nay sayers and critics. I too, am also judged or teased for how radically I’ve changed since July 2019 and that’s ok. I don’t expect people to adopt my way of life. I haven’t taken any pain medication since last august and I no longer have interstitial cystitis ??. I eat an abundance of healing fruits and veggies and the @medicalmedium books series have amazing healing recipes that I love! I look forward to my journey and having.
