樱桃番茄烤土豆泥{不含油脂、蛋奶或麸质配方} 

这道食谱既漂亮又美味,既可以是一道很棒的配菜,取代土豆泥,也可以与家人或朋友共进节日大餐、午餐或晚餐,或为自己准备一顿简单但美味的餐食。

土豆是关键的干净碳水化合物。 提供重要的葡萄糖,为身体的每个细胞和器官提供能量,包括大脑,还富含抗病原体的赖氨酸。

原料(以下1杯为250毫升)

1.1公斤土豆切碎

1汤匙洋葱粉

2茶匙大蒜粉

半汤匙鲜榨柠檬汁

1 茶匙新鲜百里香或 1 茶匙干百里香

1 茶匙新鲜牛至或 1 茶匙干牛至

1茶匙生蜂蜜

2 杯樱桃番茄(切成两半)

制作:

将烤箱预热至180°度。

在一个中等大小的锅中加入水,放上蒸笼,加入土豆,盖上盖子。 蒸 15 至 18 分钟直至变软。 冷却 10 分钟。

将土豆与洋葱粉、大蒜粉、柠檬汁、百里香、牛至和生蜂蜜一起放入一个大碗中,捣碎直到几乎光滑(有一些更大的块也可以)。

将土豆泥放入 25厘米直径的平底锅或类似尺寸的烤盘中。 将切半的樱桃番茄均匀地压在上面。

Potato and Cherry Tomato Bake

Ingredients:

2 1⁄2 pounds potatoes, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon onion powder

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1⁄2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried

1 teaspoon fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried

1 teaspoon raw honey

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.

Add 3 inches of water to a medium pot, insert a steaming basket, add the potatoes, and cover. Steam for 15 to 18 minutes until tender. Cool for 10 minutes.

Place the potatoes in a large bowl together with the onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, thyme, oregano, and raw honey. Mash until almost smooth (some bigger chunks are okay).

Place the mashed potatoes in a 10-inch quiche pan or baking dish of a similar size. Press the tomato halves evenly on top.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until browned on top. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
