1. 由于我身体左侧的脊椎、肠道、腿部和严重的坐骨神经痛，我极度疼痛和虚弱，我只能站立 5 分钟。
- 今天我徒步5小时 - 在崎岖的高山地形中快速行走。背部和腿部完全无痛，强壮有力。
2. 走1 层楼梯呼吸不上，人直不起腰，一直感觉非常疲惫和疲劳。
4. 由于体位心动过速导致站起时心跳失控到 160跳 以上，令人恐惧。
- 今天在艰难徒步之后，只有 2 天的腿部轻度肌肉酸痛。

it's been over 21 years since I started training and I can say that since I started studying these books ? my physical condition has changed as if it wasn't me… In the past I couldn't stand on treadmill for 5-10 minutes. Two years ago I cycled ?? up in the mountain 25 km with only coconut water on my stomach.Workouts in the gym and maintaining muscle mass are from another movie.
Since 2015 I haven't touched protein powders, protein meals
???? and I don't think you can see that on my body.Thinking and focus are incomparably better when you have tons of fruit in your diet

As I hiked this amazing trail- to the most beautiful alpine lake I’ve ever seen- my mind reminisced about how far I’ve come over the past 5 years on this healing journey with @medicalmedium . ?
5 years ago, compared to today…
1. Could only stand 5 min due to excruciating pain & weakness in spine, gut, legs & crippling sciatica on left side of my body.
-Hiked 5 hrs- a very fast 10.5 mi in rugged high alpine terrain. Back & legs pain free, strong & powerful.
2. Winded & doubled over walking up 1 flight of stairs, constant massive exhaustion & fatigue.
-Hiked up steep rocky terrain to over 11,700 ft with nearly 3,000 ft elevation gain, only stopped a few times momentarily to catch my breath. Strong & resilient, felt amazing & can’t wait to go back for more!
3. Constant severe gut pain, distention, bloating, constipation, gastroparesis, colitis, IBS, severe malabsorption. Could barely eat or digest anything.
-No gut issues, ate & drank frequently during hike & heeded “Nature calls” on the trail with ease.?
4. Heart frighteningly racing out of control to upwards of 160bpm with basic position changes due to POTS.
-Heart pounding during intense efforts then quickly back down during periods of rest, as is typical during exercise.
5. 25lbs underweight & steadily losing more weight, intense adrenaline, very weak, skin & bones.
-Gained 25lbs of muscle mass eating only plants on the MM lifestyle. Feel strong, stable & healthy.
6. Extreme muscle soreness & acidity, lasting weeks from very basic activities.
-Only 2 days of mild muscle soreness in legs after a monster hike.
8. Felt lost, hopeless, despondent-was told by nearly every one of over 35 practitioners & specialists that I was ‘the toughest case they had ever seen.’ Never thought I would heal.
-Have healed over 100 symptoms (with a few more to go), feel empowered, hopeful, & am living life again! ?
I’m beyond elated to be out on the trails, pushing myself with a level of energy & health that I never thought was possible. Each step I take is a dream come true! I thank @medicalmedium everyday for giving me my life back! ?❤️✨

2022 - 154lbs - this is it. I am on the right track ? in 2018, I decided to learn and apply @medicalmediuminfos, in order to heal. I dived into it even though all the fears, doubts, criticism,... that I can meet on the way.
Thanks to powerful tools like: lemon water, celery juice, heavy metal detox smoothie, lots of fruits and veggie, I healed from many symptoms:
I have so much to learn still on this new journey ?

I just finished my SWEAT app workout. Feeling amazing! I do this workout 3 times a week. I do cardio by playing tennis 1-2 times a week and Taekwondo 2 times a week. I also throw in yoga and Yamuna to stretch!
I’m so much fitter today then I was in my 20s or 30s. It has everything to do with my diet. I used to workout a lot before Medical Medium. I even had a personal trainer at one stage but I’ve never been this tone and strong. I used to eat a high protein diet because that’s what we are told to do to build muscles - I would have a bone broth protein shake every day! Today I have my MM heavy metal detox smoothie instead and that doesn’t contain any protein as we know it and zero fat! (Truth: protein is actually in everything we eat so we never need to worry about it!)
If only I knew a high protein diet translates to a high fat diet earlier! There are athlete that are at the peak of their career and they drop dead while working out - usually from heart failure. Heart failures has a lot to do with a high fat diet - you could be eating healthy fats and still have heart problems because all fats thickens the blood making it much harder for the heart to pump blood! It’s however true that not all fats are made equal. Meats fat take longer to metabolise than plant fats but if you are going to add nut butter to every thing and eat tons of avocados, it really is just as bad!
Oil and Fats burden the liver. A burdened liver may lead to unwanted weight gain. You could be super slim and still have a burdened liver. However if you are overweight, you definitely have a sluggish liver.
If you want to build muscles, you need to need eat glucose (fruits) and mineral (greens) salts. You also need to workout those muscles. To reduce fats that’s covering your hard worked muscles, you need to lower your fat/oil (protein intake) and eat a diet that’s liver friendly! It’s as simple as that. (All MM information)
