蒜蓉土豆“华夫棒”{不含麸质、不含蛋奶、不含脂肪}

金黄酥脆的土豆“华夫棒”配上有奶香味的烤大蒜,这是一道独特的大蒜“面包”的变体!享受美味的大蒜,且没有威胁健康的蛋奶、麸质和脂肪等。将这道小食与任何餐食一起享用,以增加乐趣。

大蒜的药用、刺激性和收敛性是病原体最可怕的噩梦,而病原体是无数慢性病症背后的真正原因。

蒜蓉土豆“华夫棒”

原料:

2个大蒜

900克土豆,去皮并切碎

1茶匙大蒜粉

1茶匙洋葱大蒜粉

1 茶匙新鲜或干燥的迷迭香

半茶匙盐(可选)

欧芹(装饰用)

制作:

将烤箱预热至200度,在烤盘上铺上烘焙纸。

去除蒜头外面粗糙的表皮,放在烤盘上,烤30-40分钟或到按压时变软。

将土豆放入带盖的蒸锅中,加入一锅沸水,蒸 15-25 分钟或直至变软,取出并完全冷却。

将蒸好的土豆放入碗中,加入大蒜粉、洋葱粉、迷迭香和盐。捣碎至光滑无结块的“面团”。

分成多个面团,滚成球,然后压入华夫饼机中。烤10-15分钟或直到酥脆。

将烘烤后的华夫饼切成约 2.5厘米宽的薄片,上面加入切碎的烤大蒜或将烤大蒜撒在上面,然后撒上洋葱粉和切碎的欧芹。即可享用

Enjoy delicious, garlicky flavor without the drawbacks of the dairy, gluten and heavy fat content normally found in garlic bread. Serve these Garlic Waffle Breadsticks alongside any meal for a fun addition.

The medicinal, pungent, astringent quality of garlic is a pathogen’s worst nightmare. Pathogens are the cause of countless chronic symptoms and conditions.

Potatoes are high in glucose that provides substance to the liver, as it’s precisely what the liver relies on to keep strong. It also helps build up glycogen storage, the very resource that protects us against blood sugar problems, weight gain, fatty liver, and dirty blood syndrome.

Garlic Waffle Breadsticks

Ingredients:

2 garlic bulbs

2 lbs potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion garlic powder

1 tsp rosemary fresh or dried

½ tsp salt (optional)

Parsley to garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove the rough outer layers of the garlic bulbs and place on baking sheet. Roast for 30-40 minutes or until soft when pressed.

Steam the potatoes in a covered steaming basket over a pot of boiling water for 15-25 minutes or until tender. Remove and cool completely.

Place steamed potatoes in a bowl and add garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, and sea salt. Mash until smooth and lump free.

Roll about a handful of dough into a ball and press into waffle iron. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.

Cut waffles into about 1 inch thick slices, top with chopped roasted garlic or spread the roasted garlic on top. Sprinkle onion powder and finely chopped parsley on top. Serve immediately.

Serves 3-4
