香甜地瓜餐包(无油、无麸质、无大豆配方)

阿朵的学校每週都有厨艺课,这几週他们都在做馒头,其实阿朵也会想吃因为毕竟是自己做的,但因为含有麸质所以她还是拒绝了诱惑。于是我想出了这个点心、而且阿朵和他爸爸都非常的喜欢。

这个餐包介于饼乾和糖果之间的有趣结合,外层酥脆,裡面柔软而且略带嚼劲。饱足感觉像麵包,但是又像甜点一样让味蕾感到满足,吃得饱又吃得巧。

香甜地瓜餐包

1.5 杯 地瓜泥 (蒸或烤都可以)

1 杯无麸质燕麦粉 或是更多

1/4 杯椰糖

1/4杯枫糖

1/4杯水

2 小匙无铝泡打粉

1.去皮的蒸地瓜捣碎

2.将椰糖枫糖浆和水混合在一起

3.将混合物加入地瓜泥中混合均匀

4.再加入燕麦粉和泡打粉混合

5.把麵团揉成一颗球后分成10个小球,或任何你喜欢的大小

6.烤箱180C烤20~25分钟,中间可以翻面烤,需要的话可以考更久一点

P.S. 地瓜的水分会影响面团的湿润度,如果太湿黏手的话就多加一些燕麦粉或减少水量。

Sweet potato baked buns (Fat-free, gluten-free, soy-free)

J.D. has cooking class at her school every week, and they made mantou (which is steamed bread made of wheat flour). Apparently it had gluten and she didn’t eat it although she wanted to. Then I came up with this recipe, which J.D. and her dad like so much.

It’s an interesting cross between cookies and candy. It’s crispy on the outside, tender and slightly chewy on the inside. It’s filling like bread and yet satisfying like sweets.

Sweet potato baked buns

1.5 cup steamed sweet potato, peeled

1 cup GF oat flour, more if needed

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup water or less if needed

2 tsp baking powder

1.Mash steamed sweet potato

2.Mix coconut sugar, maple syrup and water together

3.Add the mixture into mashed sweet potato

4.Then add in oat flour and baking powder, and mix well

5.Roll the dough into a ball

6.Divide it into 10 small balls or whatever you like

7.Baked in the oven 355F/180C for 20~25 mins or more if needed

P.S. You can use left baked sweet potato to make this recipe.

The moisture of steamed sweet potato will affect the moistness of the dough. If it is too wet and sticky, add more oat flour or reduce the water.
